Customer expectations have reached sky high and exceeding them through exceptionally well trained retail personnel and a highly responsive Customer Support is the quintessential success story of every brand ahead of the pack today. It is good to see Indian retail ready to move to the next level in customer care, and companies beginning to see the benefits of investing in training to manage the critical store-consumer interface.
